President, All Claims Consulting
Anthony Allogia is a seasoned insurance adjuster and construction executive with over 35 years of experience handling high-value property damage claims. He has worked extensively in both New York and Florida, with a specialization in mold, fire, wind, and water restoration. Anthony has completed more than 2,000 appraisals and has frequently served as a consultant and expert for legal and insurance firms. After joining All Claims Repairs in 2004, he acquired the company in 2015 and now serves as its President. He is a licensed General Contractor, Mold Remediator, and Mold Assessor.
Joe North
Restoration Exec & Construction Consultant
Joseph North has over 35 years of executive and field experience in insurance restoration, construction management, and environmental remediation. He has founded and led several restoration and specialty contracting firms across Florida, overseeing large-scale structural, mold, and fire damage projects. As a licensed General Contractor and Certified Mold Remediator, Joseph has deep expertise in both commercial and residential restoration. He currently operates Northland Construction & Consulting, specializing in property damage consulting, construction management, and estate oversight.
John F. Bruns IV
Senior Claims Adjuster & Expert Consultant
John Bruns is a licensed Florida General Contractor and Adjuster with more than 30 years of experience in property loss assessment and insurance claims handling. At All Claims Repairs, he specializes in complex residential and commercial property losses, providing expert guidance on coverage analysis, damage evaluation, and claim resolution. John has participated in hundreds of depositions, mediations, and appraisals, and frequently serves as an expert consultant in disputed claims. His background includes deep experience with hurricane and catastrophe losses, as well as trial and litigation support in high-stakes insurance matters.
Bill Pulaski
General Contractor & Estimator
Bill Pulaski is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and Licensed Mold Remediator with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. With nearly three decades at All Claims Repairs, he has progressed from trim carpenter to project manager and senior estimator, handling high-value residential and commercial restoration projects. Bill has completed over 1,200 roof inspections and more than 500 appraisal and umpire assignments across Florida and Louisiana. He holds certifications in fire, water, and smoke restoration, as well as extensive credentials in insurance adjusting and roof inspection.
Pat Tardi
Estimating Consultant & Licensed Adjuster
Pat Tardi brings more than a decade of field and estimating experience in construction and insurance restoration. He began his career with a custom home builder before becoming a licensed Florida General Contractor and All Lines Adjuster. At All Claims Repairs, Pat provides detailed insurance estimates and handles both appraisal and umpire work. His certifications include Xactimate Levels 1–3, Haag Roof Inspector, and IIRC Water Damage Technician, alongside advanced coursework in property claims and liability assessment.
