A Leader Built for This Role
Joe North brings deep industry experience and a practical understanding of claims, restoration, and consulting operations. He has been a principal owner of a major restoration firm, worked on thousands of claims-related job sites, and consulted on thousands of claims-related disputes.
He also knows All Claims well. Joe has served as a lead consultant within the All Claims ecosystem for years and has been an important part of the team behind the scenes. His background combines operational leadership, consulting expertise, and entrepreneurial drive — a rare combination that makes him exceptionally well suited to lead the practice.
As President, Joe will oversee the day-to-day operations of All Claims Consulting with a clear priority: delivering a high level of expertise, responsiveness, and results for every client we serve.
His appointment is part of a deliberate effort by ownership to continue building All Claims Consulting into a best-in-class consulting organization.
Tony Allogia Remains Closely Involved
Tony Allogia, Chairman and co-owner of All Claims Repairs and All Claims Consulting, will remain closely involved in the strategic direction and growth of the consulting practice.
Tony’s vision, long-standing industry relationships, and decades of experience have helped shape everything All Claims has built. His continued involvement ensures continuity, stability, and the trusted partnership our clients have come to expect.
Together, Joe and Tony bring a strong leadership combination to the organization — pairing strategic vision and industry relationships with operational focus and execution.
