Anthony Allogia is a seasoned insurance adjuster and construction executive with over 35 years of experience handling high-value property damage claims. He has worked extensively in both New York and Florida, with a specialization in mold, fire, wind, and water restoration. Anthony has completed more than 2,000 appraisals and has frequently served as a consultant and expert for legal and insurance firms. After joining All Claims Repairs in 2004, he acquired the company in 2015 and now serves as its President. He is a licensed General Contractor, Mold Remediator, and Mold Assessor.

Joseph North has over 35 years of executive and field experience in insurance restoration, construction management, and environmental remediation. He has founded and led several restoration and specialty contracting firms across Florida, overseeing large-scale structural, mold, and fire damage projects. As a licensed General Contractor and Certified Mold Remediator, Joseph has deep expertise in both commercial and residential restoration. Bill Pulaski is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and Licensed Mold Remediator with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. With nearly three decades at All Claims Repairs, he has progressed from trim carpenter to project manager and senior estimator, handling high-value residential and commercial restoration projects. Bill has completed over 1,200 roof inspections and more than 500 appraisal and umpire assignments across Florida and Louisiana. He holds certifications in fire, water, and smoke restoration, as well as extensive credentials in insurance adjusting and roof inspection.

Pat Tardi brings more than a decade of field and estimating experience in construction and insurance restoration. He began his career with a custom home builder before becoming a licensed Florida General Contractor and All Lines Adjuster. At All Claims Repairs, Pat provides detailed insurance estimates and handles both appraisal and umpire work. His certifications include Xactimate Levels 1–3, Haag Roof Inspector, and IIRC Water Damage Technician, alongside advanced coursework in property claims and liability assessment.

Coordinated Expert Support for Large-Scale Commercial Claim
All Claims Consulting was retained to support an appraisal assignment involving a large-scale condominium complex with multiple buildings and numerous residential units claiming storm-related damage.
Given the size and complexity of the loss, we worked closely with the client to engage additional expert consultants and deployed multiple estimators to conduct site inspections over the course of several weeks. Our team coordinated all access and scheduling between property owners, consultants, and estimators to ensure a thorough evaluation.
Once inspections concluded, our team prepared comprehensive estimates and, within 60 days, presented our position to the assigned umpire. This case reflected our ability to manage large, multi-party claims with precision and professionalism.
